How about transmit a 1Hz analog signal?

If I want to transmit a 1Hz analog signal (heart beat signal) via RF, what can I do? The frequency range is from 1Khz to 1Ghz, and the distance is about 50m

If you just want to transmit hartbeats like beats, and not like those ECG oscilloscope-like picture, it gets very simple. It is just simple CW (Morse code). Beat would mean there is carrier wave and no-beat means no carrier wave. Or you can modulate carrier with some audio frequency, like 800Hz to 1kHz, and receive beeps on the other side. But for real 1Hz you must go with carrier/no carrier approach. So you just need something that will switch on your transmiter in heart beat rhytm.

You might want to try these guys. Digikey carries them and they are pretty easy to use. Not expensive. Just broadcast a signal as long as the heart beat is present. The can give you both transmitter and recievers plus the antennas.
