MC13192 RF Transciever

IS there anyone here using MC13192 RF Tranciever from freescale.. I want to know what is the range that is achievable with this design using max power output without using LNA and PA

At 2.4GHz for 0dBm TX and -90dBm RX, using conventional antennas a good real-life link connection would be for less than 30m.
