Description: 1) GaAs IC and Module Design Engineering. 2) Design and development of CDMA/WCDMA PA and Front End Modules (FEMs) used in mobile phone applications. FEM designs will involve the integration of a suite of TriQuint's RF technologies including, GaAs HBT, GaAs pHEMT, SAW and BAW filters.
Qualifications: 1) Significant experience in design & development of linear, GaAs HBT and or pHEMT Power Amplifiers. 2) Proficient in analysis,simulation and design using CAD tools such as ADS, Libra, Cadence, Sonnet, etc' 3) Hands-on testing and diagnostics related RF measurement experience. 4) BSEE, MSEE, RF&Microwave training, > 5 yrs experience in design and development.
