microstripline lpf design

Hi,all,
I'm a beginner of ASD.I'v designed a low pass ellipse filter as:
passband 3.6GHz,ripple < 0.5 dB
stopband 4.2HGz,rejection 40 dB
The filter size should be limited to 30mmX25mm.
When I transform lumped components to microstrip line,only capacitor can be
transformed.The qusetions are:
1.How can I to transform shunt resonator?Is it necessary an additional license?
2.Are there any other filter structure can be implemented?

You will find a lot of example on how to implement all types of filter using different methods. I used it during my project.
