Incident and Reflected Power

时间:04-10 整理:3721RD 点击:
I have a Zo=50Ω transmission line that is (3λ/4) long (quarter wave transformer)
I have connected it to a 5V source with a Zg=100Ω impedance on the left side.
On the right side, it is terminated with a Zl=100Ω impedance.
I know that Zin=502/100=25Ω
Can I model this circuit as a 5V source in series with a 100Ω and 25Ω?
I have found the power transmitted to Zl to be P=.5V2(Zin/(Zin+Zg)2)
Does this mean the incident power is computed as .5V2(Zg/(Zin+Zg)2)

Thanx for all responses

Hi
1. Yes if You are not interesting in phases and voltage on load terminal
2 No:
Power in load = Insident power - reflevted power
Insident power=5v^2/8/100
