Solution for reflected power and vswr measurement

i want to get dc signal corresponding to RF forward and reflected power and vswr.
is any smd type or any other components are available for this purpose?

actually my requirement is i want dc voltage output signal corresponding to forward and reflected power and vswr. the max power is not more than 1 or 2 watt.

You need, of course "the coupler/bridge" for that...

You can use a directional coupler.
It is a 4 port device: input, output, forward and reflected.
at both forward and reflected you have to connect the detector (could be an IC or a diode) to convert RF power to DC voltage.

To select the part you need to know max power handling, coupling factor and directivity. There are many manufacturers, for instance anaren, minicircuits, synergy microwave, RF labs, etc.

There are RF detector ICs available in the market. You can find them in companies like Linear Technology,Maxim,etc...
