GSM RX band noisel evel related to the timing ?

Hi,

RX band noise floor higher than spec 2dB for LB is the issue I met now.
There are some points I guess to be the cause,
1. TX VCO load deviation to make out-band (RX band) noise floor higher.
2. PA low level voltage like grounding / pre-ramp level.
3. Turn-off relation between PA_EN and ASMcontrol sigal or even Vramp profile

Any professionals want comment ?
