What would guard traces impact on GSM RX performance?

Hi ,

I use RX FEM and TI locosto platform. It happended to be that I didn't
take off guard traces along different band pairs (differential RX RF traces).
What would this make ? Unstable blocking performance ? impedance drift
or variance over PCBs ?
