Problem with RFID project with EM4095

I am working on project named RFID using EM4095 as part of receiver module. As transpoder I use EM4102. I designed coil L = 400 uH.
I designed PCB with all pheripheral components (capacitors,resistors as shown in datasheet).

I started to measure the RFID system.The problem is: on demod_out rectangle signal .If I haven't attached transponder the signal is uncountable and random.
If I attached transponder ,the signal on demod_out is the same i.e I can't measure the change.

I need more informations about the system functionality (EM4095).
How are the formats of outputs signals RDY/CLK and Demod_out before and after attaching transponder EM4102.

The oscilloscop should be synchronized with clock on RDY/CLK
