ADS's help is great, but it's bulky for beginner. U should use it as a hand book.
It's good to start with www.rfic.co.uk

ADS manual is bullky yeah , but it is very effective i have learned ADS from it , after that i read the tutorials

also the examples directory in ads is great , it contain hundreds of examples to follow
in every domain RFIC , MW , EM simulation
