A question about the simulation fo PA

i am designing a PA for IEEE 8012.11b 11MB/S WLAN applications.i do not know how to simulate its ACPR with spectreRF.Has anyone done this?Please tell me the detailed method.thanks a lot!

check your device model to be accurate enough to do ACPR simulation.

i think if he using a good nonlinear model for his trnasistors , it will work
