High speed interconnect modelling using Sparamater and momen

Hi does anybody have a good reference that tell me how to extract RLCG paramaters of high frequency interconnects using momentum and cadence ? please email me at shoreh66@yahoo.com or respond to me here. im really stuck

y u need the RLGC parameters , u can use use the sparemter file from momentum as the interconnects ,

and in ads there is a feature call spice model generator , it convert the S parameter data to spice netlist then u can optimize the values of lumped elements to exactly match the response of the S parameters
