Diode modelling from datasheet

Hi,

Is there any tutorials that one can follow in modelling a diode for ADS (diode_Model) from a datahseet.
For instance http://www.ic72.com/pdf_file/i/540200.pdf has parameters, but is there a way to figure out the data that I can input into the diode_model in ADS?

I dont know if this will help. Since Spice models do not factor 3D geometry effects.
