RF MIXER

Hi, I am new to this forum,I want to mix two RF signals,The frequency range of RF1 is( 40 MHZ- 900 MHZ) and RF2 is (40MHZ- 900 MHZ) can somebody suggest any IC which can be used to mix these two RF signals and give a single RF output.

I will use a Gilbert Mixer, which is an active mixer. Even if you have little more distortions than passive mixer, your convension Gain (Gc) will be better than one and just include two inductive degeneration after the source of your dif pairs.
