I did an interview with one of the RFIC company, basically they will ask you all single C-G, C-S, C-D, C-C, C-B, C-E small signal configurations. Cascode stages's NF, Gain, etc. Smith Chart is the key too. RLC networks, about Q, resonate freq. lump element matching, etc. Hope it helps.
