About the bias of mixer`s LO port

In the Gilbert mixer, how to choose the LO bias? If the transistor`s threshold voltage is700mV, should the bias be bigger or smaller than it?

From my experience, it is a tricky to select the bias point,

I think the bias can be selected as 700mv,

although+-100mv might still give you very similar simulation result
