PA simulation error in ADS
How can I fix the problem?
Plz tell me
1) Which analysis u was performing.
2) if u r performing ac analysis then select P1 tone source and give proper power in dBm or in dB.
Harmonic balance simulation.
To simulate the PAE.
what is the source ur using ? , it is a frequency domain power source
try to increase the power level of the source and check if it will work or not

why not learn step by step
their simulation method and result calcultion method is very good and easy to use.
The circuit and status window message are in the attatching documents
This solution problems happens when the s11_rho increases. Does it affect the simulation result?

Actually, I use the simplest PA example in ADS. I only substituted the PA part with my PA translated from Spectre.
i checked the schematic of the circuit , what is the use of the controlled sources in ur schematic , they may do the problem

In ADS, how to translate single-end signal into differential signal? Then,how about differential to single?
I need to consider the load effect on both sides.

I use the VCVS to ideally transform single-end signal into differential one. I have also tried transformer, but same problem still exists.
yeah , u need a balun , or VCVS can u send the schematic and i will check it
i have checked the circuit well in the left corner that source and the VCVS u use not grounded , place a ground conection
This is the overall circuit. I added gnd,but still doesn't work.
i have simulated the circuit , there is a diode excede the explosion current in ur circuit , this may cause the problem
try to increase the max current paramter in it

How do u find the diode current? I didn't find that in the status window.
i didn't adjust anything , it is my normal setting , but in the HB check the status make detailed

The controlled source is used to model the load effect on the PA output.
SpectreRF use this method to realize single-to-differential transformation
