How to convert the singel-ended singal to differential singal without using balun and transformer? the frequency range is from 100MHz to 900MHz.
Thanks in Advance!

You can use a differential amplifier, you aply the single ended signal to one input, and ground the second input. At the differential output of the amp you can get a differential signal.
I think at that frequency you need an integrated amplifier.

I think it depends on the shape of the signal you are dealing with and its frequency.

THS! Any IC sugestion?

Added after 47 seconds:

THS! Sine Wave.

I think it is difficult to realize a differential amplifier that works at 100-900MHz .

A RF transformer can do that. There are many of them available at the frequency below 1 GHz. you can look at minicircuits web. for example TCN1-10

I think it is difficult to realize a differential amplifier that works at 100-900MHz .

I agree. You may need to use two different tecnologies.
For example, the TCN1-10 that was proposed before is OK only for
680-1050MHz, by the way is not a transformer.

For other side to go to 100 MHz you may need to use transformer
like this one:

But then again, one is a transformer and the other one is a BALUN, and
you do not want that.

I also agree that a balun would be the optimum choice. Low price, no power consumption and broadband operation if transmission line baluns are selected. I see no reason why your application would prevent you from using them.

may be this one can help you :
