Help me find a RFID Tag IC for my design

Is it possible to get a multi-chip module that includes a pre-coded read-only ASIC and probably a rectifier/modulator circuit for passive RFID tag operation? I have read about hybrid microcircuit OM1690 / OM1690S, but I can't find it anywhere on the web.

Need to design a 2.45GHz RFID tag and I am already working on the antenna, just need the IC to integrate with.

Please help!
