Inductor with active enhanced Q in LNA

Using inductor with active enhanced Q as load in LNA under consideration, will this cause noise degradation of the LNA due to the cross coupled CMOS pair

sure any active device wil add noise , but this is in the output , the signal is already amplified , so it will not afect the LNA alot ,

but if u ue the inductor in the input it will affect the NF
