modelling a real transistor in ADS

I would like to ask anyone who knows how to model a real transistor in ADS after obtaining its s-parameters from a vector network analyser.How do I know the values of the parasitics capacitors and inductor in order to model the real transistor?Thanks a million......

which transistor model do you use?

there is a modeling program from agilent called ICCAP , which used for modeling , but not ADS , ADS is a circuit simulator , not a modeling SW

after u use ICCAP , u can import the model to ADS for simulation
