hello all,
I am designing dual band LNA in 0.18 um technology using ADS2003A,but MOS models are not available in the ADS library,how I can put that papameters and which BSIM model needed for .18um technology.

hi vivek try to edit the netlist.log and copy past the parameter for the same thing
