Selection of the transistor

I need uncoditional stable transistor at 600 MHz with 20 dB MAG. To design the Amplifier with the ff specifications.
Gain of 20dB at centre frequency
Centre frequency of 600 MHz
Noise figure: 5 dB
Fractional bandwidth 0.1
input and output impendance: 75 ohms
The device stability shall be quaranteed over the entireload and frequency range

Try:
