Software for getting the lump model of On_Chip Inductor

Since I have get the S parameter of an on_chip inductor over a wide band from ASITIC,which software can I use to get a lump model(model extraction)?ADS?

HP-ADS or Cadence SpectreRF.
ADS would be simpler to use for beginner and advanced users, whereas Cadence would be more for pros who want to fine tune the parameters.

Which verison Cadence can do EM waves simulation ? Does any example of simulation inductor in ADS or cadence tools ? Thanks

i never heard that ADS for beginners , and i think it is one of the standard tools used by the biggest companies in the RF design , and there are alot of users used momentum the EM simulator of ADS in spiral inductor
