Hi,
I'm designing a bias cell for my LNA and i tink that the constant gm bias is the best for LNA but i have two questions:
1- the gm which is constant (1/R) is the gm of the transistor in the bias cell not the transconductor transistor in the LNA.
2- The constant gm bias gives current and i think i need a voltage to bias the gate of the transistor.
Any help willbe highly appreciated, if u can supply me with ay resources in constant gm biasing (papers, lectures , anything) it will be great..
Best Regards,

yeah , sure the constant gm is the trnasistor in the cell , not the tranconductance of the LNA
the current , is scaled via a current miror , so it can bias the LNA main transistor gate vis serize resistanse
