VNA Calibration Constants

I want to use Agilent 85033D Calibration Kit for Advantest VNA.
However I don't have Calibration Constants of this.
How can I know Calibration Constants ?
I have LIF format 2DD Floppy Disk
Agilent 85033D Calibration Kit
3.5mm Calibration Constants
8752A, 8753B/C Calibration Data
85033-10010

In this floppy disk, there are following five files whose format LIF Ascii or BDAT.
A5235DCK
A5235DI
C5335DCK
C5335DI
C5335DP
However I don't have Calibration Constants of this.
How can I know Calibration Constants ?

the owners manual should have lumped element equivalent circuit values to enter into your network analyzer manually. That might be the best you can do. Keeping these old systems working can become a real PIA.

Here Offset Loss value is order of 2Gohm/sec.
Is this reasonable value as Thru Standard ?
