Looking for RF voltage amplifier

Does anybody know where I can find the amplifier module which has the below specification?

1. Frequency range is about 0.1 to 100MHz
2. Input: several volts; Output: several hundred volts
3. The load is several hundred Kohm.
4. Output current only need to higher than 10mA
