Steps for developing RF CMOS Spice model

Dear all,

I am now doing a project which developing the Spice model for RF CMOS.

I have obtained the S-parameters and plotted them in Smith Chart. What is the

next step ?How can I used the obtained data to develop the MOSFET model from

the Smith Chart?

i think need a modeing software ,like IC CAP of agilent

but i don't know , the stpes

In fact the file data.rar is the measaured

s-parameter by IC CAP. But I know know how to

make good use of those data to model the MOSFET.

in ICCAP there are different modules , one to measure , and as far as i know , there is a paramter extraxtion
