PAL Specifications (voltages, timings...)

Hi,

I need something that shows the specifications of (TV) PAL system.

I want to use the composite, and when I dominate the composite I will also try the RGB.

I need the specifications for voltages, timings, how works....

I already discovered some things but nothing really good.

Seems that ITU-R BT.470 is a good document, but I don't find a link...

If you know some good documentation, please post a link.
