hi
I want to simulate the Pushing .
first, I sweep the VDD from 1.7 to 1.9 ,then use the frequency func in calculator.
the value is about 50M/v.
then I sweep the PSS, the value is about 3M/v.
why? which is correct?
another question:
the PDK provide the MOS varactor Model. D and S are connected together,G is another terminal. IN the LC-VCO, which terminal is connected to the VCO output?
which terminal is connected to turning voltgae ?why?
Thanks
