Help:How to test the BER of Receiver

You need a modulator/signal generator that generates the signal compliant with your receiver. Use PN sequences as data input.
As BER meter, you need a dedicated instrument (usually available as signal generator option) or you can acquire your baseband data and make a software post processing (Agilent ADS is well suited).
