lna design ads
i designed an LNA and drawn schematic now i need to simulate but as i am new to ADS i donno how to simulate ?.. it is showing error...
can anyone explain the steps i have to follow to simulate.. i am entirely blind to ADS..
pls help..

u can get a simple MOS model from MOSIS and convert it to ADS model

first try this site www.freescale.com to load down the ads model for your transistor like ATF54132. Then build the circuit in the schematic and smiluate the S parameter, noise, gain IP3,ect+. And make some modification to your circuit and simulate it again.There is a complete tutorial about amplifer in the example section of ADS.
also www.avagotech.com , have a loads of appnotes about how to design LNA using the BJT and pHEMTs they produce
