I wanna simulate a LNA in VerilogA. I have never run VerilogA simulation in RF blocks before. Is behaviour model suitable for RF blocks such as LNA?
As far as I can consider now, transistors can be simplified as Gm cell. And on-chip inductors and capacitors can be replaced by lumped model.
Who can do me a favour to give me some suggestions or some linked information.
