High power rf module circuit needed

Could someone please give me some information how I can find a good decent manufacturer of "high power cell phone jammer" ?
Please advice. I need not less than 20Watt per channel of 800, 900, 1800 and 1900 MHz channel.

Or I have to do it myself ?
