RF LNA design
Hi ramkimtech,
If you want experts helping you, you should more details about your LNA design (frequency BW, NF, Gain, IIP3...)?
Otherwise, you can browse the web to find a lot of tutorials.
Take also a look to the following link: www.rfic.co.uk
Hope this helps.
Go thro' MIT OCW lectures on High Speed Communication Circuits...
hi RFCMOS,
Thanks for ur reply. RF LNA design is for 1.8Ghz for RF front end applications and gain of 1.8db, noise figure of 2.1db and power supply of 3-v, bandwidth of 600Mhz

The spec seems incomplete and not very tough.
In my opinion, first of all you should decide which type of LNA (e.g., CS or CG)you'd like to use with input matching and noise matching concerned.
PS: the gain 1.8dB seems very small, is there a type?
hi,
i am sorry gain is not 1.8db it is 18db. i am sending the schematic of the design LNA, it is differenial structure if u want u can see this and if u know anything help me.
