Genetic Algorithm for FSS design

Hi,

I would like to know if anybody has a genetic algorithm code to design FSS cells.
I've found few publications on this subject but I don't know how to create a code (it's just for me).

So if someone can send me a code or a thesis (we never know) about my problem, that's will be fun.
