What is the key chanllenge in power amplifier design for MIMO system ?

Does anybody can tell me what is the key chanllenge in power amplifier design for MIMO system ? THANKS

1.Efficiency because the PAR is getting a further 3dB from MIMO
2. Isolation because some standards require "Reciprocity". That si because LNA's couple different than PA's.
