multi section coupler impedances algorithm

Hello, i would like to create an 11 section coupler with 0.1 ripple,
i cant find an example of how exactly they got these numbers in the attached photo.

I guess the answer is in the text book chapter before the table...

I don't know if the coupler has been designed applying a theoretically derived systematic approach or by empirically fitting the section length and impedance using an equiripple (chebyshev) error optimum.

i have read lots of articles and they dont go into specifics regarding how mathematckly they derived these numbers.
i know that its odd mode chebyshev polinomials.

but how exactly it could be done mathemticky its hard to say.

if you could share some example.
