pi filter

instead of using LC to block the rf signal and at the same time supplying the dc to the circuit i would like to used a pi filter for a more effective rf blocking, can someone provide me some guidance or information on how to design a pi filter, if i have my termination of 50ohm on the rf side and wat is the termination i should put in the dc side?
