How to draw a layout of an LNA?

i need to draw the layout of an LNA .
plz guide me , where should i start ? are there any good layout books?

How you have designed LNA? Using any software or by calculations(On paper)?
If you have used software such as ADS or Genesys or Ansoft designer then the software provides facility that you can conver schematic to layout.
Other wise if you have designed LNA on Paper.
Use programs such as CAD or corel draw for drawing components & making layouts.

i did the LNA design in mentor graphics Eldo software, it is spice kind of software, there it is not giving any facility for automatic layout generation
so i have draw the components seperately

do u have any e-books on layout drawing?

sure in analog and RF layout , u shoud do everything by ur hand , there is no automati generation in RF
