How to make new library in Genesys tool?

It's described in the User's Guide:

1. Right click an object in the workspace tree or for a part right click a part in the Part Selector

2. Select New Library... from the Copy To menu

3. Set the library name

4. If you want, browse for a different path for the new library. It's recommend the My Workspaces folder for libraries

5. Click OK
