Recommend me some RFIC design tools
I have SpectreRF, RFDE(ADS) and GoldenGate.
But if you are not rich enough to have two EDA tools, I recommend you to buy Spectre of Cadence.
I don't recommend RFDE(ADS) and GoldenGate of Agilent.
SpectreRF's Multitone HB analysis(QPSS) performance is inferior than RFDE(ADS) and GoldenGate of Agilent.
But it is enough practical level for simulation of general circuit design.
See http://www.designers-guide.org/Forum...num=1205223090
also i can recommend both RFDE and Specrtre

thanks Khouly and pancho_hideboo,i have ADS soft, but i don't konwn how to get the transistor's model in ADS,can you give me some advice.
u need to contact the foundary , that u will work with , to get the design kit , which include the model files
