433 mhz amplifier

Hello,

I want to design a power amplifier for 868 and 433 MHz system. what i indent to get is 100mW of transmitted power from this circuit. Can Any one suggest me the suitable chip or circuit for the purpose.

Also the tranciever that i am using is MICRF505 and MICRF506.

Any Suggestions would be of great help.

u can use the BFG21W , transistor from NXP , i got with it about 20 dbm output power at 900 Mhz , and now i am trying to get more

Khouly, can you please share your design here? I am also designing PA using BFG21W at this moment. My center frequency is 835 MHz and the output power is 20dBm.
