crystal controlled bug schematic

This is a transmitter from R*A*M*S*E*Y Called MR-6. I made a new pcb
for it, I think the original is to big. My design is only 30X15mm

The rar file includes gerber, (schematic, placement in pdf format, and
a few other things)

Enjoy building this small xmitter.
And tell me what you think of it!

:D

So here you go..

Hi Bone,

Looks good! What did you use to do the layout?

The MR-6 isn't the best design to start with but your layout looks much nicer than the R*A*M*S*E*Y one :)

If you want to keep your board single-sided then swap C1 and C2, moving the RF decoupling cap closer to L1 and L2. I think the MR-6 uses a double-sided board, if you can make yours double-sided then connect the emitters of the RF transistors, and the ground ends of C11, C9, and C2 (once you've moved it to where C1 is) straight to the ground plane, loose the ground track make it even smaller :D

Bone,

Thanks for transmitter?

Do you know which modifications need for 80Mhz or 862 MHz band (for wireless earphone or room bug)

Sorry I don't...

This is a room bug, you just need a good scanner..

I use P@ntheon for making the pcb!

Thank's for the advice about the decoupling!

I know that the design get smaller if i use 2 layers,
but it's harder to make at home.

Do you have the receiver based on crystal ?

OkGuy?

No I don't, but im sure you can find a good reciver schematic on the net.
I'll se what i can do to help you.

Updated pcb swaped C1 C2
