How can I get the crystal with low inductance

I'm trying to made a quick start up XO.
As I know, the crystal with lower inductance can start up faster.
(I have seen this from this paper (equation 1)

The data sheets from crystal vendor haven't provided motional inductance and motional capacitance.
Many crystal manufactures provide only motional inductance upon customer request.
Does anyone know what vendor sells crystal with low inductance?

Hi,
I don′t know where to get low inductance XTALs.
But many years ago I optimized the start up time of an XTAL oscillator just with the use of series-R and parallel-R.
Since then I use the two Rs in my circuits. Never had any problems with them.
