RF Transceiver IC Please Help

Hi all,
I m designing a transcceiver to be operated at a range about 1 Km Minimum data transfer rate is 192000 bps maximum Ulimited!
please suggest me an IC that could be used as a transceiver with minimal extra circuit and and has no programming
please help

-Transmission frequency?
-One/both sides mobile?
-Real upper bound on data transmission?

There isn't likely to be a single chip that does this. You can look at Maxstream data radios that might do this.

Which frequency? where do u live? (bcoz the unlicensed band varies from country to country)
