design a microwe line coupled in micros instead of DC block

pls, can someone help me about how can we design a microwe line coupled in microstrip instead of DC block ?

are iobliged to design coupled line instead of DCbloc ?because, its depends with which kind of frequency you will work, e.g, for low frequency you can use a simple capacitor in pf can works as DCblock, if you are working in high frequency i think you need there the coupled line.........

coupled line elements are not diffcult in designing; they would have approximately no transmission loss, but that their S22 and S11 would be approximately geater than 0, i.e 0.2, 0.3.....

so i propose to use :

separation 0.10 mm and 0.15 mm for wide lines.
