micro transmitter bugs hidden in pens,calculators are shown in sci fi or jamesbond movies.do they really work?does any one know how to make one? i made some transmitter circuits,but they are no good.where can i find information/schematics about making them?

Yes. Such devices exists for at least 40 years. It can be implemented even in piece of paper.

Really small microtransmitters are based on very special chips and you cannot build them by yourself. If you want to build it as a garage project you need to use lamped components. The results will depends heavily on your experience. I may suggest you can build a bag about half of inch in diameter and about 3/8" in hight. You need active circuit, microphone, resonance tank and battery. But first of all check the stores. In many countries such devices are selling in special stores. And do not forget to check legality of such devices in your country.
