What can cause high loss in this FR4 tx line?

can anybody explain what can cause so high loss in this fr4 tx line.my input is -5 dBm and Tx line length is only 1 inch.

The frequency characteristics seems to indicate an impedance mismatch.

can it be possible due to very near gnd layer which is just 4 mil under the top layer

I found out it is because of the connecter feed line and Tx line mismatch
