How to tranfer data by bluetooth with ARF32 or LMX9820A

I have a prject about tranferring data by bluetooth from a MCU to PC. I search on Internet and I know 2 module ARF32 and LMX9820A. But i don't have any experience use these module.

Help me, I have to start from where ?
